Longoria to host MTV int’l awards

Kings of Leon, Ke$ha, Kid Rock join lineup

LONDON — Eva Longoria will host the 2010 MTV Europe Music Awards in Madrid on Nov. 7.

Artists tapped to perform include Kings of Leon, Ke$ha with Kid Rock, Katy Perry and Linkin Park.

Perry and Lady Gaga lead the chase for kudos with five noms each, while Eminem has four, and Rihanna, Muse, Justin Bieber, Thirty Seconds to Mars and Usher have three noms apiece.

Winners in all categories — including song, live act and new act — will be decided by public vote.
