Blackangels Blue Horizon Records, the label re-launched by Seymour Stein (Sire Records maestro) and Richard Gottehrer (producer of Blondie and many others) will reappear Sept. 14 with the release of "Phosphene Dream," a new album by Austin tripmeisters the Black Angels.
