Zodiak Active to focus on digital and branded content
Zodiak is integrating two of its companies to form a new division specializing in digital and branded content.
Zodiak Active takes over the activities of Neo Network, based in Milan, New York and Rio de Janeiro, and RDF Contact, which operates in London.
It will be led by CEO Marco Ferrari (formerly CEO of Neo Network) and chairman Giorgio Gori (formerly CEO of Zodiak Southern Europe).
Zodiak Active will collaborate with brands, media owners, mobile carriers and broadcasters to deliver content and multimedia services.
Ferrari said: “Digital and media convergence continues to accelerate, so it follows that content producers, brands and media owners need to evolve the way we engage with audiences and build commercial value.
“We are well positioned to capitalize on the opportunities of this new era.”
