Productions of “Wicked” broke house records again, in the same two places as last week: Miami, Fla.’s Arsht Center ($1,444,791) and Richmond, Va.’s Landmark ($1,557,407 – the week’s highest gross). “Mamma Mia!” was on layoff this week.
