Marsha Mason to star in ‘Father’ play

Keen Co. production to open Off Broadway in April

Marsha Mason has signed on to the Keen Company production of “I Never Sang for My Father.”

Mason stars with Keir Dullea (“2001”) and Matt Servitto (“The Sopranos”) in the 1968 play by Robert Anderson, also the author of another recent Keen Company revival, “Tea and Sympathy.”

Jonathan Silverstein (“The Temperamentals,” “Tea and Sympathy”) helms the show, which follows a son (Servitto) dealing with a visit from his parents (Dullea and Mason).

Presented by Keen Company in association with Wiltsie Bridge Prods., “I Never Sang” begins previews March 23 ahead of an April 4 opening at Off Broadway’s Clurman Theater.
