‘Catch Me’ set for Broadway

Show set to open on April 10, 2011

The tuner version of “Catch Me If You Can” has finally set its Broadway dates, with the musical set for an April opening.

Sked for “Catch Me,” which world preemed in Seattle in 2009, has been up in the air due to conflicts in the busy careers of its creatives. Some of those have been resolved, but one hasn’t.

Director Jack O’Brien and choreographer Jerry Mitchell are confirmed after a period of uncertainty due to their involvement in “Love Never Dies,” the “Phantom of the Opera” sequel with an on-again, off-again Broadway timeline.
