Jonas Brothers, 'Twilight' stars add dazzle
Desperate tweeners roamed the halls of the Wilshire Ebell Theater on Thursday, looking for Young Hollywood Awards winners.
Their search was mostly in vain.
Awardee Justin Bieber didn’t show but Nick Jonas and brothers Joe and Kevin were in the house, although not to be seen at the packed pre-awards cocktail bash.
The ceremony itself repeatedly featured commercials, including one for Svedka Vodka. Pushing booze to teenagers?
There were a few youngsters old enough to drink at the fete, like “Twilight” favorites Ashley Greene and Nikki Reed, “90210” cutie Jessica Stroup and comedian Whitney Cummings, along with the older set, including Chad Ochocinco and presenters Jennie Garth, Peter Facinelli and 44-year-old Ben Stiller, who joked about Nick Jonas’ prostate problems and grumbled that “young in Hollywood now means under 10 years old!”
