Most will direct photog’s happy days

'Memories' based on Bozzacchi autobiography

Don Most (“Happy Days”) will direct the indie biopic “Exposed Memories,” based on the autobiography of Gianni Bozzacchi, a street kid who became personal photographer to Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton.

TriWorld Entertainment agreed with Cross Border Group of Milan, Italy, to adapt the tome into a feature with plans to shoot in fall 2011.

Most previously directed “The Last Best Sunday” and “Moola.” Screenplay will be written by Joey Tayler, who co-wrote “Exposed Memories,” to be published by U. of Wisconsin Press in 2011.

“Exposed Memories” is the story of how Bozzacchi went from grifting for food in the streets of war-ravaged Rome to being part of the jet set with private dinners on the Burtons’ yacht; from mopping the floor in a photo lab to shooting Grace Kelly, Brigitte Bardot, Audrey Hepburn, Steve McQueen, and Clint Eastwood.
