Kevin Spacey in talks for ‘Bosses’

Production's set to start next month

Kevin Spacey is in talks to join the cast of New Line’s comedy “Horrible Bosses.”

Production’s set to start next month in the tale of three aggrieved co-workers who hatch a plan to kill off their bosses — with disastrous results.

Jason Bateman, Jason Sudeikis and Charlie Day are set to play the co-workers. Spacey would join Colin Farrell and Jennifer Aniston as the oppressive bosses while Jamie Foxx has been cast as a scammer.

Brett Ratner and Jay Stern are producing “Horrible Bosses.” Seth Gordon (“Four Christmases”) is directing.

Project was set up in early 2005 after New Line snapped up Michael Markowitz’s spec script for mid-six figures. Jonathan Goldstein and John Francis Daley rewrote the script.

Spacey recently wrapped “Casino Jack.”
