FFA awards $555,000 to ‘Drei’

Org hands $140,000 to Kraus' 'Poll'

BERLIN — The German Federal Film Board handed out €652,000 ($900,000) to seven local productions at its November meeting, with the lion’s share going to helmer Tom Tykwer’s “Drei.”

Org awarded $555,000 to the German-language X-Verleih production about a man and a woman who fall in love with the same man. Pic unspooled at the Venice Film Festival and is due for release in Germany on Dec. 23.

Org also awarded $140,000 to “Poll,” a coming-of-age story helmed by Chris Kraus.
