Ben Silverman's co. partners for decision-making film

Ben Silverman’s new shingle Electus is partnering with Fisher Stevens (“The Cove”) to create and produce a feature documentary about the decision-making process.

The project — which carries a working title of “My Daily Decision” — will be co-directed by “The Cove’s” Stevens and Mark Monroe. Pic’s part of an exclusive partnership between Electus and Stevens’ newly formed production company Insurgent Media, with East Pleasant Pictures tapped as the production company coordinating the project.

Electus will own the global distribution rights for the film including TV, motion picture and digital. The documentary is slated for theatrical release in 2011.

The documentary, co-created by Silverman, Stevens and Sean Carver, will use 20 cameras to follow 20 people on the same day as they make their daily decisions.

Participants will be from diverse backgrounds and disparate geographies and face a wide range of decisions — such as a wealthy couple in Los Angeles deciding where to purchase a house to a mother in a developing country figuring out how to feed her children, to a man on death row.
