Comcast ups marketing trio

Department under goes restructuring

Comcast Entertainment has given expanded roles to three marketing execs as part of a departmental restructuring.

Bear Fisher has been named senior VP-creative director of E! and Style, Leigh Anne Gardner will be Comcast senior VP of print and online design, and Mark Scheider has been upped to VP in the same area.

Fisher, who has been with E! and Style since 2001, will oversee all creative advertising and promotion, including on-air, online and print. She previously held the title of on-air promotions veep. Fisher will continue reporting to Suzanne Kolb, prexy of marketing, news and online.

Gardner, who reports to Fisher, got bumped up from print and online advertising VP. She was veep of print ads for the WB before joining Comcast in 2006. Scheider had most recently been Comcast’s executive creative director focusing on network show launches, trade initiatives and international campaigns.
