Intandem sells rights to five films

Finance unit unloads pics for $9.6 million

U.K.-based finance entity Intandem Films has disposed of its ownership rights in five films for approximately $9.6 million to ATF Holdings, a subsidiary of Arrowhead Target Fund.

The move clears Intandem’s outstanding debt issues.

The company has also picked up sales rights on two new titles, “Ghost of Slaughterford,” a British thriller that is expected to begin production by June and is being executive produced by Neil Marshall (“Centurion”); and “Devil’s Playground.”
