Editors tap Littleton for Fellowship & Service award

Kasdan to present kudo at installation dinner

The Motion Picture Editors Guild has tapped veteran editor Carol Littleton to receive the guild’s Fellowship and Fellowship & Service Award.

Writer-director Lawrence Kasdan, a longtime collaborator of Littleton’s, will present the award at the guild’s Director’s Installation Dinner.

Littleton was prexy of the MPEG from 1988 to 1991 and has served in various officer posts for much of the time since.

Previous recipients of the kudo include Don Cambern, A.C.E.; Dede Allen, A.C.E.; and IATSE International President Emeritus Thomas C. Short.

Invitation-only event will be held at the Loews Santa Monica Beach Hotel this Saturday.
