Vivendi Entertainment has acquired exclusive North American homevideo and digital distribution rights to the Sid and Marty Krofft library, including “H.R. Pufnstuf,” ‘Sigmund and the Sea Monsters” and “Lidsville.”
Vivendi will begin releasing full series sets and show compilations this year, along with bonus features including never-before-seen content. The Krofft brothers pioneered the art of blending puppetry, comedy and fantasy to create children’s TV shows that were popular in the 1970s and 1980s.
