Paul Yanover ankles Disney Interactive

Exec veep is the latest to leave Mouse's interactive division

Paul Yanover, exec veep of Disney Online, will ankle his post at the Mouse House next month.

Yanover oversaw Disney.com, an advertising and entertainment center for the Mouse online, for more than four years and worked at Disney for 16 years. He was also responsible for Family.com and Kaboose.com.

“I am so proud of the enormous accomplishments we have made together in such a short period of time,” Yanover said in an email to Disney staff. “It is hard to believe how much has happened in these past few years including a total relaunch of Disney.com and the building out of our moms’ network, to significant growth in business results — we have made a huge impact.”

Yanover is the latest in a series of execs bumped in a recent Disney Interactive shakeup, including gaming topper Graham Hopper. Changes have come following the installation of new division co-presidents John Pleasants and Jimmy Pitaro.
