Ebert Tweets

Roger Ebert guests on “The Oprah Winfrey Show” today, following an amazing profile in Esquire on his battle with cancer and his inability to speak or eat.

His focus has been on writing, and Tweeting, and he’s not only one of the more prolific high-profile Tweeters, he’s one of the best, focusing as much on politics (he’s an unabashed liberal) as he does movie criticism.

Scott Collins of the Los Angeles Times writes that Ebert has aimed many of his barbs at the Tea Party movement, calling them TeePees and even worse, but claiming that they are being “manipulated to oppose their own best interests.”
