Festival runs Nov. 17 - 28
STOCKHOLM — The 21st Stockholm Film Festival, which runs Nov. 17-28, will be dedicated to Dennis Hopper, who died Saturday from prostate cancer.
Hopper visited the fest in 1991, when he was presented with a lifetime achievement award and feted with a retrospective of his work. He attended a night-long marathon of Hopper films and is fondly remembered for treating all remaining guests in the audience to breakfast in the morning.
