Israel’s Noga takes ‘Jungle Book’

North American rights to be concluded soon

MUMBAI — Indian toon house DQE’s 52 episode 3D HD skein “The Jungle Book” has been picked up for broadcast in Israel by Noga Communications.

Noga operates Channel 8, The Children Channel and Logi Channel in Israel.

The series was earlier picked up for Asian TV broadcast by Disney and by ABC Television for Australia. NBC Universal has acquired home video rights for U.K., France, French-speaking Europe, Australia, New Zealand and Japan.

DQE said that North American broadcast and licensing deals will be concluded soon.
