LONDON — Jeremy Darroch, chief exec of U.K. satcaster BSkyB, will deliver a keynote address at Cannes mart Mip TV on April 14. Darroch will discuss plans for the company’s growth, as well as the central role of content and innovation in a competitive and fast-moving marketplace.
As previously announced, other speakers will include Starz prexy-CEO Chris Albrecht and former NBC topper Ben Silverman, who now runs multimedia company Electus. Mip TV, which runs April 12-16, is organized by Reed Midem, owned by Variety parent company Reed Elsevier.BSkyB boss to speak at Mip TV
