PARIS — Stephane Courbit’s ever-growing TV powerhouse Banijay Entertainment has bought U.K. indie production company Zig Zag Prods. The purchase of one of Blighty’s prominent nonfiction specialists comes just months after Banijay acquired Nordisk Film TV in October and in July announced the purchase of Germany’s Brainpool and the creation of a U.S. joint venture with Angel City Factory.
