Awards show will air on U.S. television for the first time

Valerie Bertinelli, Jerry Bruckheimer, Marion Cotillard, Rosario Dawson, Dakota Fanning, Jane Leeves, Jane Lynch, Wendie Malick, Carey Mulligan, Cillian Murphy, Kevin Spacey and Olivia Wilde will present at Thursday’s Britannia Awards.

The BAFTA/LA ceremony will be at the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza Hotel. Marking the first time the awards have aired on U.S. television, TV Guide Network will exclusively telecast the 19th annual awards starting at 8 p.m. ET/PT. Stephen Fry will serve as emcee for the second year in a row.

Honorees include Scott Free Prods., which will receive the award for its worldwide contribution to filmed entertainment; Jeff Bridges, who will receive the Stanley Kubrick prize; Michael Sheen, who will be given the trophy for British artist of the year; and Betty White, who will receive the Charlie Chaplin kudo for comedy.
