NonStop picks up ‘I’m Still Here’

Distrib takes all rights in Scandinavia, Baltics

STOCKHOLM — NonStop Ent. has picked up all rights to docu “I’m Still Here: The Lost Year of Joaquin Phoenix” for Scandinavia and the Baltics.

The Casey Affleck helmed pic, which had its world preem at the Venice Film Festival, was acquired from Magnolia Pictures at the Toronto Film Festival.

The pic alleges to deal with a year in the life of Phoenix, when he gives up acting to start a new career as a rapper. In an interview last week, Affleck revealed that the docu was a fake.

NonStop plans to release the pic this winter.
