Alanna Ubach, Adam Rose, Caitlin Fitzgerald, Melonie Diaz, Courtney Ford, Tom Lenk

Alanna Ubach (“Meet the Fockers”) has joined the cast of HBO’s upcoming “Hung” as the neighbor of Thomas Jane’s character.

Paul Scheer (“30 Rock”) has joined the cast of Dimension’s horror revamp “Piranha 3-D,” starring Elisabeth Shue, Adam Scott, Jerry O’Connell, Ving Rhames and Richard Dreyfuss.

Lensing is under way under director Alexandre Aja.

Adam Rose (“The Squid and the Whale”) has been cast in Jason Reitman’s “Up in the Air.” He joins a cast that includes George Clooney, Vera Farmiga and Jason Bateman.

Rose can be seen next in “The Back Up Plan” with Jennifer Lopez.

Caitlin Fitzgerald (“Taking Woodstock”) has joined the cast of Universal’s untitled Nancy Meyers project starring Meryl Streep, Alec Baldwin and Steve Martin. Fitzgerald plays the eldest child of Streep and Baldwin’s characters.

Scott Rudin is producing alongside Meyers.

Melonie Diaz (“Be Kind Rewind”) has signed on for a three-episode guest starring role on “Nip/Tuck.”

Credits include “Hamlet 2” and “Nothing Like the Holidays.”

Courtney Ford (“How I Met Your Mother”) has signed on for a recurring role on Showtime’s “Dexter.” Credits include “Monk” and “Ugly Betty.”

Tom Lenk (“My Girlfriend’s Boyfriend”) has been added to the cast of “The Cabin in the Woods.” The MGM horror pic is being produced by Joss Whedon and helmed by Drew Goddard. Production has begun in Vancouver.
