1.3 million adults 18-49 watch premiere

TNT’s new ad-men-based dramedy “Trust Me” bowed Monday to 3.4 million viewers — a perf significantly off from the cabler’s other recent series bows.

Some 1.3 million adults 18-49 watched the 10 p.m. premiere. It led out of an original episode of TNT hit “The Closer” that garnered more than 6.4 million total viewers and 1.9 million adults 18-49.

The show’s premiere lagged behind last month’s bow of TNT’s “Leverage,” which drew 5 million viewers without the benefit of a “Closer” lead-in. And in September, the Turner-owned cabler broke ratings records when it garnered 7.7 million viewers for the premiere of Steven Bochco legal drama “Raising the Bar.”

“Trust Me” faced broadcast competish from the second part of NBC mini “The Last Templar,” as well as a new episode of “CSI: Miami” on CBS.
