Nancy O’Dell leaving ‘Access Hollywood’

Showbiz skein's co-anchor to exit after 13 years

Nancy O’Dell is leaving “Access Hollywood” after 13 years of covering kudos, scandals and premieres.

The syndicated showbiz magazine co-anchor, who has been with the show since its inception, said through her publicist that she plans to stay in entertainment journalism but wanted to step away to try something different.

The decision is based solely on Nancy’s desire to take her career to the next level and is completely amicable,” said publicist Annie Jeeves.

Access Hollywood,” exec produced by Rob Silverstein, is distributed by NBC Universal Television Distribution.
