At FremantleMedia, Krasnow exec produced series such as “Hole in the Wall,” “Game Show Marathon” and “Janice Dickinson Modeling Agency.” Before that, Krasnow had been set up at NBC since 2000, exec producing “Weakest Link,” “Average Joe” and “Dog Eat Dog.” “I like that Fox21 thinks like an independent,” Krasnow said. “There’s not a show concept that we discussed that they thought was too strange.” Universal City-based Krasnow’s team includes development VP Riley Ray Robbins and director of development Chuck Dickinson. Krasnow said he has four different concepts he plans to take out in the coming weeks; the projects run the gamut from gamers to docu series. “One of the things he’s done in the past is a lot of producing of other people’s ideas,” Carlisle said. “But he’s got a lot of great ideas of his own. He’s the kind of producer whose knowledge and experience should help us crack that world.” Besides “Sons of Anarchy,” Fox21 is also behind the FX pilot “Terriers.”
