Org to distribute Stevie Wonder concert

Screenvision has partnered with Universal Motown records in a bid to expand its reach. The org, which makes most of its coin on in-theater advertisements, has been dabbling in full-fledged distribution over the past few years and will now distribute Stevie Wonder’s concert “Live at Least” todayin 10 DMAs nationwide.

The company previously has distribbed Mets games to Gotham fans unable to make it to the stadium (and re-created the ballpark experience in the bargain), as well as live programming from the Metropolitan Opera.

Wonder’s concert features a 14-piece band and a set list including “Signed, Sealed, Delivered,” “My Cherie Amour,” and “Superstition.” Contrary to its name, the concert won’t be broadcast live — Wonder’s performance was filmed in October at London’s O2 Arena during the performer’s Wonder Summer Nights Tour.
