'Time' set for Sept. 21; 'Bernadette' takes place Nov. 9

Tommy Tune and Bernadette Peters will each topline a fall benefit performance this fall.

Tune will bring his new road show, “Steps in Time, a Broadway Biography in Song and Dance,” to Gotham in a one-night-only benefit for Friends in Deed, the Mike Nichols-founded org that provides support for those suffering from life-threatening illnesses.

Backed by the Manhattan Rhythm Kings, Tune will perform his autobiographical show Sept. 21 at John Jay College in Manhattan.

In November, Peters will headline a concert with a 30-piece orchestra as a benefit for legit charities Broadway Barks and Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS.
