Stephen Daldry, David Hare re-team

'Wall' is a companion piece to duo's 'Berlin'

Stephen Daldry will helm a reading of a solo show written and performed by David Hare at London’s Royal Court Theater later this month.

The 40-minute “Wall” examines the 486-mile barrier that will be erected between Israel and the West Bank. Show is a companion piece to “Berlin,” another Daldry-helmed Hare solo show, currently playing at the National Theater.

“Wall” is the second monologue about the Middle East from Hare, whose “Via Dolorosa” (also helmed by Daldry) bowed at the Court and played Broadway.

“Wall” will play the Court March 12-14.
