Ripley added to ‘Cutman’ reading

Event set for March 9 at New 42nd Street

Alice Ripley (“Next to Normal”) will topline an industry reading of “Cutman, a Boxing Musical.”

Show about a Jewish pro-boxer has previously been seen in a reading that was part of the 2007 New York Musical Theater Festival.

Drew Brody penned the music for the show, which has a book by Jared Michael Coseglia (from a story credited to Coseglia and Cory Grant, who will appear in the reading as a thesp).

Presented by Banner New York, the reading is set for March 9 at New 42nd Street Studios.
