Naked Angels expand staff

Off Broadway troupe adds to ranks

In the wake of its successful summer staging of the play “Next Fall,” Off Broadway troupe Naked Angels is expanding its staff, with Andy Donald and John Alexander joining as associate a.d. and managing director, respectively.

Former managing director Brittany O’Neill, a lead producing presence on “Fall,” will step into a new post under the title of producer while at the same time attending Columbia U. for an MFA in producing and theater management.

Alexander has done stints with Pasadena Playhouse, Roundabout and Daryl Roth Prods. Donald produced Naked Angels’ 2007 Issues Project and also has worked at the Public and Second Stage.

Geoffrey Nauffts remains the a.d. of the org, which has not yet announced a 2009-10 season.
