Marin Ireland will round out the cast of the Roundabout Theater Company’s Broadway staging of “After Miss Julie.”
Ireland (“Reasons to Be Pretty,” “Blasted”) joins Sienna Miller and Jonny Lee Miller in the Patrick Marber play, an update of Strindberg’s “Miss Julie” set in England in the 1940s.
Ireland will play the cook, Christine, in the three-hander that centers on a rich young woman’s relationship with her valet.
Mark Brokaw helms the show, which begins previews Sept. 18 ahead of an Oct. 22 opening at the American Airlines Theater. Roundabout produces in association with Sonia Friedman Prods. and Ostar Prods.
