Kyle Jarrow musical directed by Nathan Leigh

Off Broadway’s Ars Nova will host invitation-only readings later this month of “Big Money,” the new tuner by Kyle Jarrow (“A Very Merry Unauthorized Children’s Scientology Pageant”).

Jarrow created the show with co-composer Nathan Leigh, who also music directs. The 1980s-set musical, with era-appropriate synth-pop tunes, follows three contestants on a TV game show.

Tuner was first presented in a workshop last year at the Williamstown Theater Fest.

For the readings, skedded for April 13 and 14 at Ars Nova, Shira Milikowsky helms a cast that includes Darius De Haas, Mary Faber, Neal Huff and Alison Fraser, among others.
