2009-10 Mirvish season announced

'Young Frankenstein,' 'Little House' on bill

The first announced touring dates for “Young Frankenstein” and the Guthrie Theater’s musical adaptation of “Little House on the Prairie” headline the 2009-10 subscription season for Mirvish Prods., Canada’s largest commercial legit producer

Also on the bill will be hit reggae tuner “The Harder They Come,” a revival of Toronto company Studio 180’s critically acclaimed 2008 staging of “Stuff Happens,” the farewell tour of Topol in “Fiddler on the Roof” and the London revival of “Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat.”

Previously announced was the North American premiere of “Priscilla Queen of the Desert.” Also on the bill will be two non-subscription offerings: a new Canadian production of Caryl Churchill’s “Cloud 9” and the touring company of “August: Osage County,” starring Estelle Parsons.
