Syracuse to bow L.A. satellite campus

Aaron Sorkin spearheading University program

Syracuse U. is set to launch a satellite campus program in L.A. where 28 students during the fall semester will work closely with alumni in the entertainment biz.

Notable alumni spearheading the program include Aaron Sorkin, Rob Light, Brian Frons and Larry Barron.

As part of the program, students from Syracuse’s communication and performing arts schools will engage in professional internships and specialized coursework.

The university said it plans to expand the program into a multi-faceted SU campus in L.A through future fundraising.
