Guild hands out stunt awards

The stunt performers and coordinators from “The Dark Knight” and “Heroes” have won the Screen Actors Guild’s stunt awards.

The kudos were announced on the red carpet by SAG president Alan Rosenberg and Awards Committee Chair JoBeth Williams prior to the start of Sunday’s award show.

SAG began making the stunt awards last year. Winners were chosen by the approximately 100,000 active SAG members.

“The Dark Knight” honors went to Wade Allen, Rick Avery, Dean Bailey, Richard Burden, Frank Calzavara, Mark Chadwick, Brian Christensen, Goerge Cottle, Tobiasz Daskiewicz, Justo Dieguez, Marie Fink, Jeanne-Pierre Goy, Mark Harper, Adam Hart, James Heiner, Sy Hollands, Terry Jackson, Paul Jennings, Luke Kearney, Matt LeFouver, Rick LeFouver, Tom Lowell, Tony Lucken, Daniel Maldonado, Jon Maldonado, James Mammoser, Kevin Mathews, Tom McComas, Tim McHenry, Nathalie Meyer, Rick Miller, Mark Moltram, Chris Nolte, Andy Norman, Carl Paoli, Linda Perlin, Brian Peters, Scott Philyaw, Buster Reeves, Ken Remer, Richard Ryan, Jeff Shannon, Kevin Sorenson, Jodi Starnes, Tom Struthers, Todd Rogers Terry, Jim Wilkey and Rich Wilkie.
