Oscilloscope gets ‘Happy’

Film unit picks up rights to Genz's thriller

Oscilloscope Laboratories has picked up North American rights to Henrik Ruben Genz’s thriller “Terribly Happy.”

Danish pic, about a Copenhagen cop who moves to a small town after having a nervous breakdown, won the top prize at last year’s Karlovy Vary Film Festival.

Distrib will open “Happy” theatrically in late fall.

Oscilloscope’s David Fenkel negotiated the deal with Susan Wendt at Trust Nordisk.
