Oklahoma critics honor ‘Locker’

Org also names Clooney, Streep as 2009's top actors

Kathryn Bigelow’s Iraq War drama “The Hurt Locker” took home honors for best pic and director from the Oklahoma Film Critics Circle.

In the acting categories, George Clooney (“Up in the Air”) and Meryl Streep (“Julie and Julia”) took home prizes while Mo’Nique (“Precious”) and Christoph Waltz (“Inglourious Basterds”) earned supporting honors.

Oklahoma crix also named worst of the year: “Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen” was named Obviously Worst Film, while “Amelia” was named the Not-So-Obviously Worst Film.

Awards were handed out Dec. 23.
