Slate includes 'Anna Magdalena Bach,' 'Ronde'

Film Society of Lincoln Center will mark the 20th anniversary of the death of New York Film Festival co-founder Richard Roud with a double bill of his favorite pics. Jean-Marie Straub and Daniele Huillet’s “The Chronicle of Anna Magdalena Bach” and Max Ophuls’ “La Ronde” will play twice on Jan. 23.

The Film Society’s January slate also includes a showing of “Lemon Tree,” a new film by Eran Riklis, and “Moses and Aaron,” the final film in the Cinematic Opera/Operatic Cinema series.
