Pic has been sold to many territories already, including Luxor for Russia, SPI Intl. for Eastern Europe and Audiovisual for Greece and the Balkans; Warner Bros. has all other territories.

The scoop: This $37 million pic marks Jeunet’s comeback after a five-year break since “A Very Long Engagment.” In this satiric comedy, Dany Boon (“Welcome to the Sticks”) plays a modest man who plans on bringing down powerful gun traders. Pic has been picked up by Canada and U.K.’s Entertainment One, Scandinavia’s Scanbox, Greece’s Odeon and Slovakia’s Hollywood Classic.
