Arclight, Jeff Most partner on ‘Razor’

Film based on Everette Hartsoe's hero comic

Arclight Films and Jeff Most Prods. will partner on “Razor,” a $15 million live-action pic based on Everette Hartsoe’s female action hero comic. Producer Jeff Most (“The Crow”) and Arclight topper Gary Hamilton produce, with Arclight’s Pascal Borno exec producing.

Razor’s alter ego is Nicole Mitchell, whose LAPD detective father was murdered when she was a child. By day, she helps disaffected teens while at night she prowls the city to defend victims and bring justice. “Razor” is set to lense in Australia in early 2010.

Arclight will handle worldwide sales on the pic.
