Bold Films has inked a multi-picture production and overhead deal with producer Colleen Camp.
The film finance, production and international sales company will team with the actress-turned-producer on a series of features beginning with the true crime thriller “Above Suspicion,” based on the book by New York Times writer Joe Sharkey. Phillip Noyce is attached to direct.
Camp’s upcoming credits include the Paul Weitz-helmed pic “Cirque du Freak,” Christopher Landon’s “Burning Palms,” the Kevin Farley starrer “Hollywood and Wine” and “5/25/77,” which she is producing alongside Gary Kurtz and Fred Roos.
Bold is developing an untitled true-life drama with director James Mangold and producer Cathy Konrad from a script being penned by Sasha Jenson and Casey La Scala.
