Opening a new revenue stream for concert recordings, promoter Live Nation has pacted with the iTunes musicstore to sell exclusive live audio and video content.Apple’s online retailer features a dedicated section devoted to downloads of content recorded at Live Nation’s venues by its Studios division. Firm records regularly at more than 80 of its clubs and halls. Initial offerings include full-length audio and video from A Fine Frenzy, OK Go, Saving Abel, Hilary Duff, Jesse McCartney, Duffy, Ziggy Marley, the Bird and the Bee, Corinne Bailey Rae and Motley Crue’s Crue Fest. Prices range from $7.99-$9.99 for full shows; individual tracks are also offered for 99¢ to $1.29.
