Former Miss California Carrie Prejean "stole the show" at this morning's Value Voters Summit session in Washington.

Per ABC News' The Note, she told the crowd, "Even though I didn't win the crown that night. I know that the Lord has so much of a bigger crown in heaven for me."

"God chose me for that moment because he knew that not only would I be the one to stand up for him and for the truth, but because he knew I was strong enough to get through all the junk that I've been through," said Prejean.

Stephen Baldwin also was at the Value Voters Summit and told ABC News that he dismissed Nancy Pelosi's concerns about political rhetoric inciting violence.

He said, "I don't think it's a legitimate concern. I think that again this administration feels like they have to think for its people. I think that it's foolish to even suggest that. I don't think that by any means the general public and the voters out there are stupid. They're smart people, and I think we ought to allow them to have the platform and opportunity to show that."
