Festival will open August 19

SEOUL — Korea’s 3rd Cinema Digital Seoul Film Festival (CinDi) will open Aug. 19 with Chinese helmer Lou Ye’s “Spring Fever,” which won the screenplay award at Cannes.

Aiming at discovering Asian talent in digital cinema, seven-day fest will screen 92 films from 17 countries, including 15 films in competition.
