FremantleMedia, MGM form pact

Pair to develop casino-style online games

LONDON — FremantleMedia and MGM have formed a partnership to develop online casino-style games based on the studio’s film and TV brands.

The agreement, which covers territories outside the U.S., enables FM Gaming exclusive access to games based on MGM titles like “Fame,” the “Stargate” franchise, including new series “Stargate Universe,” “Robocop,” plus iconic oaters “A Fistful of Dollars,” For a Few Dollars More” and “The Good, the Bad and the Ugly.”

FM Gaming has already developed some of its TV skeins such as “The Price Is Right” and “The X Factor” into online games for a range of Internet casino operators.
