Ausfilm taps O’Sullivan for top post

Exec to replace Pitcher at agency

SYDNEY — Veteran exec Jackie O’Sullivan will replace Caroline Pitcher as head of Australia’s locations lobby agency Ausfilm, which has offices in Sydney and Los Angeles.

O’Sullivan, who will be based in Sydney, recently worked with toon house Animal Logic, which is in development on Zack Snyder’s “Guardians of Ga’Hoole” for Warners.

She previously logged time at finance venture Cinemax London, was head of business affairs at the U.K. Film Council and general manager for Columbia Tri-Star Prods. Australia.

Ausfilm represents the interests of all Australian states and its member companies. It draws funding from Australia’s trade department.
