Judd, Mayo, Manning on panel

Country singer Naomi Judd, vocal coach Brett Manning and songwriter Aimee Mayo have been tabbed as judges for “Can You Duet,” CMT’s new musical reality series from FremantleMedia North America.

Skein, which premieres April 14 and will air Mondays at 10:30, is a singing competition based on duets rather than individual performances. Duos will change on a week-to-week basis.

Judd is a five-time Grammy Award winner who retired from singing after contracting Hepatitis C in 1991; Manning has worked with Taylor Swift and Keith Urban; and Mayo has written songs for Tim McGraw, Faith Hill and Kenny Chesney.

“Duet” is exec produced by Jeff Boggs, Bob Kusbit and Melanie Moreau.
