Shelburne to comedy, Sicherman to current

Twentieth Century Fox TV has made several VP changes, moving Dana Shelburne to the comedy development department and Steve Sicherman over to current programming.

Changes come following a recent major shuffle at the studio that saw elevated roles for studio vets Jennifer Nicholson Salke and Howard Kurtzman and new heads of comedy and drama.

Now Shelburne will serve as VP of comedy development under new department head Jonathan Davis, moving over from her previous post as VP of current.

That job will now be taken over by Sicherman, who reports to current department topper Jeffrey Glaser. He moves over from a VP gig in the drama department.

Shelburne’s recent credits include work on “Journeyman,” “Shark” and “The Unit.” She joined 20th in 2003, having previously worked as director of development for Silver Pictures.

Sicherman most recently worked on upcoming dramas such as “The Oaks” and “Blue Blood.” Before that, he worked on shows such as “Arrested Development.” He joined 20th in 2001; before that, he spent time at MTV Prods., working on shows such as “Making the Band” and “Tough Enough.”
